Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Please review the terms below for exchanges, returns, and refunds.

1) Eligibility (Standard)

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Order number (invoice) is required.

2) Items Not Eligible

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, oils, incense, and similar consumable items are generally non-returnable.

Sale/discounted items may be non-refundable unless received damaged or incorrect.

3) Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us as early as possible (preferably within 24–48 hours) with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

4) Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm approval.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit if applicable.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

5) Exchange

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • If the same item is unavailable, we may offer alternatives or store credit.

6) Return Shipping Fees

Delivery/return shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (incorrect item or verified damage).
